‘Einstein’ is a money saving app. The project is about creating an accessible, user-friendly money saving interface. The user must be able to use the app and save money without having any previous financial knowledge or education. A tool for improving the user’s life quality and making a financial impact.

User Journey
To better be able to empathise with the user and the challenges he/she faces while using the app, I used the user journey map. This helped me recreate all steps that the user might take and the feelings and expectations they might have along the way. Here is an example of the user journey mapping.

I created user flows based on my research and previous steps (empathy maps, user personas, user stories & user journey), that would easily guide the user through the app.
